Thank you for Volunteering!
Volunteers are ESSENTIAL to our PMP Swim Team and Swim Meets! We cannot run successful meets without your help. We ask that each family have at least ONE parent volunteering at each meet and that each family have at least 10 volunteer points throughout the season.

Sign Up Instructions for Volunteers
Thank you for registering to serve in volunteer roles during your registration process. You can find your current volunteer assignments under "My Account" in the upper right hand corner of the Welcome tab on the website. These are the jobs you previously signed up for during the registration process.
As a reminder, each family should earn a minimum of 10 points throughout the season through their volunteer roles.
If you need to add or edit your volunteer signups, please follow the instructions below.

-Stroke and Turn Officials *requires SAIL class / testing

-Records / Ribbons
-Set Up & Breakdown

How to Register for Jobs at a Meet:
Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.
Job Signup
- Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
- Click Save Assignments.
- Click Back to Signup Calendar.
